Two private 1:1 energy healing & intuitive guidance sessions to be held over Zoom or in-person
A themed energetic focus each month to guide your growth and support integration.
Journal prompts to deepen emotional clarity and self-inquiry
Guided meditations to deepen your connection to your body, emotions, and spirit.
Ongoing energetic support in between sessions for things that arise. A space to be fully seen and held and receive guided messages as needed.
Additional Healing Practices as guided throughout the program. This can include remote check-ins and energy alignments.
