Last week we were on our way to the local skate park when I asked my son if he needed his extra protective pads and gloves. “No, all I need is my helmet and some confidence”, he said. I loved the simplicity of it. It made me laugh and reflect on my approach to life and how sometimes I can overthink and over complicate things.
